PRESERVED & STORED AIRCRAFT IN SOUTH LANARKSHIRE - their locations are marked in the Spotting in the UK download

  • G-BRTC C150 fuselage as at Hamilton Fire Station. From Bothwell town, head south on the B7071 towards Hamilton town, over the river and the A725 and the fire station is just up on the right. Very friendly, a polite request to see it will often result in being escorted to the yard round the back if someone's available. Two wings, one marked EI-APF (its fuselage is at Perth), the other EI-BBN are also present

  • XM697 Gnat and G-CONV CV440 are at Reynard Nurseries, Mauldslie Road, west of Carluke town. The Gnat is displayed at the entrance with the Convair right at the back beyond the various buildings
